In compliance with global data protection regulations, users have the right to request the complete deletion of their account and all associated data from the Chessie Endgames platform.
Data to be Deleted
- User credentials and authentication data.
- Training progress: Solved endgames, stored positions, and accuracy metrics.
- Session statistics: Ratings and streaks.
- Personalized calibration settings and preferences.
IMPORTANT: This action is irreversible. All training data will be permanently deleted. Premium features linked to the account will be lost. Please ensure any subscriptions via the Google Play Store are cancelled separately.
Deletion via App
Users can initiate account deletion directly within the application settings.
- Launch Chessie Endgames.
- Go to the Account or Settings section.
- Select Security & Account.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
