All assets, logic, and designs are the property of Chessie Strategic Labs. Unauthorized reproduction of our software implementations is prohibited.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these terms or engages in conduct harmful to others.

The application is provided "as is." Chessie Strategic Labs accepts no liability for data loss or damages resulting from the use of the application.
